Burgundy night. Started off with a nice champagne followed by a Cali roussanne to calibrate the palates.
Buttery and rubbery at the same time. Probably slightly past its prime? Strong front palate of toasted butter and wax. Mid palate and finish fade to a faint almond note.

Honeysuckle, apricot, peach, with a very long creamy finish. Age did this bottle justice, but is at its peak in my opinion.... very enjoyable nonetheless.

Not bad.... 2009 , 100% Roussane..a little sweetness along with a dry finish tastes better with food than solo...
