Have had Stolman in restaurants before ( David Chang?) so went with this Northern Rhone style Syrah- me thinks the frigid temps outside despite heat lamps accented the fruit/Nerviness but nonetheless at least I enjoyed it. Think less gamey but some of that gorgeous high toned N Rhone fruit. Really delicious. Outside meal with family, in Chelsea NYC

Raspberry, pancetta, roast game, lavender, herbes de Provence. Massively structured, concentrated and inky. Easily my favorite Estate Syrah since the 2011.

Fantastic Syrah! Complex notes of Tobacco and plum. Acidic first taste giving impression of non-existent carbonation which disappears almost as suddenly. Followed by deep flavors of plump, chocolate and blackberry. Loved it!

Not as complex as some other bottles of this vintage I have had, but enjoyable all the same.

This tasty red reminds me of our family trip to the area and the amazing wines we shared! In particular, this Syrah is very fruit forward with tart blackberry and a bit of pepper. Doesn’t blow me away, but still quite delicious #hopvwineclub #houseofpurevin #detroit

Black pepper nose, with ripe fruit. Lovely wine that screams syrah. Not the most amazing we've had, but certainly enjoyable.

Fairly typical Central Coast Syrah. Good, not great. Pretty fruit forward.

Not very fruit forward, and dry - which I like with Syrahs. I really enjoyed this wine and the way it sat on my pallet. We’re exploring Syrahs and will add this to our rotation.
