Was not supposed to age for 2 extra years, but wow I’d this still fresh. Some great herbs, strawberry, artichoke, parts of this have herbs found in a good Italian bitters. Maybe gentian? I love it. So good with food. What a unique wine.

Really vibrant, racy, and zesty. The fruit/ earth balance is just a bit out of wack for me. Too much savory, mushroomy, garden flavor and the fruit was a bit indistinct.

Nov 4th, 2021Fantastic. Bubble gum evolving into cherries with herbal tea and some great tannin. Floral component as well. I really like this wine.
