Marvelous ripening all around the clusters. One big puncheon. Great bargain off of suggested retail.

Peppermint spice, clove, honey wax, lavender, slightly baked apple/apple pie, fresh nuts and wet stone on the nose. Med/full bodied, med acidity, butterscotch, hay, Apple crisp, graham cracker, and toast on the palate. A little heavy handed for me, but with the right food (nut crusted halibut or cedar plank salmon), would be awesome.
