Clean, natural CA Riesling. Enjoyable wine but didn’t really show a lot of Riesling varietal characteristics. On the second night it did have some petrol showing on the nose and palate. Maybe it needed some air, I enjoyed it more the second night.

Aromas of green apple, cashew, lychee, and flinty minerality.
Palate has honey, green apple, and lemon. Nice, high, refreshing acidity. Quite dry overall.
Classic, albeit lacking a bit of complexity. Tastly nonetheless.

Archetype dry-as-a-bone Riesling from an apparently very young (mid twenties?) guy in Santa Barbara. Could be German (the wine, not the guy). Delicate. Very good.
