Turbullent Gamay Rosé

Excellent wine.

Delicious sparkling Gamay from the Loire. All strawberry’s and rhubarb but cleaner and more focused than Bugey-Cerdon. Less residual sugar too.

Could pound this all night. Excellent with crab and crawfish cakes w/ creamy chipotle sauce @Pignetti's Restaurant, Temple TX

At first glance, this wine may have the most beautiful vibrant pink color I’ve ever witnessed in a glass. It’s hard not to enjoy its flavors as well - a pure red berry explosion, with precision and stony acidity. Thanks for sharing @Vinny Eng!
