Strawberry and a sour savoury note on the nose. High pitched red fruit with a slightly medicinal character. Good weight and concentration on the mid palate. Some wood spice. Solid without being showy.

Dark fruits and red fruits and a nice splash of oak as well, this is the winery’s drink early Pinot Noir, but this has the structure and stuffing to last at least 2-4 years, if not longer, very fine balance and texture.

First Tasmanian Pinot I brought back! Took a day to open up but once it did, was pretty nice with herbs and dark berries. Fairly singular but pretty enjoyable!
