Scents of ripe plum, green peppers, and black pepper. Chewy texture. Delicious cherry flavors with a hint of spice. Amazing!!

Essence of California cab. This is nicely balanced with dark fruit, leather, and vanilla/oakey notes. Soft tannins. Nothing super memorable about it, but nothing wrong either.
