Still young at 11 years. Lots of red fruit with a touch of mushroom down beneath. Firm but well-behaved tannins and plenty of acidity. So should age well for another decade or two. Terrific cab.

スターレーンの2005はなかなかのレアもの。15.1%とアルコール度数が高いにも関わらず、丸いタンニンと豊富な果実味で、それを感じさせない。熟成すると良くなるタイプ。
