2009. Similar notes to the 2005. Less eucalyptus notes, more dried fruit. Inky color, iron minerality, cassis driven, pretty fruit, tannins still grippy. Tobacco and mint on the finish. Cork disintegrated while opening, but juice intact! 😁

This cab is great to drink now or lay down. May not compete with high end Napa cab but has a great price point. It's a blend of cab, cab franc and petit Verdot. Good steak pairing, especially with a blue cheese crumble. High and dry with a nice finish. Would age nicely. Ten years to play with this wine.

Dark ruby color. Violets and cherries on the nose. Toasted oak and vanilla combine with cassis on the palate. Nice integrated tannins with a long finish.

Very nice cab. Big and bold to start and finishes smoothly. Special thanks Christine for the introduction!

Black currants. Chocolate. Tannic. A bit chalky. Was waiting for more boldness and juice but didn't quite get it.
