Well balanced. Complex.

Stone fruit... especially peach. Minerals. Honey.

So much is going on. So so good.

One of my favorites. Christophe Paubert has completely revived this program. Bright, floral, zippy. Not a goopy, bubble-gum, California Vio. I drink too much of this in the summertime.

Pale gold. Peachy nuts and spice on the nose and palate. Relatively high acidity for a Viognier. Full mouthfeel. Bitters on the lengthy finish. Great with rich seafood dishes.

If I had to drink Viognier, I could drink this one. White flowers, light apricot and stone fruits in the nose with no apparent oak. Looks high and alcohol and at 14.1 it is high but the alcohol does not come through on the palate. The palate exhibits very light stone fruit but it is not overwrought; the texture is supple without being overbearingly viscous; finishes with a light peach note.

Great value Viognier from Napa. It's what we're stocking for summer drinking. Floral but not soapy, citrus & pear, elevated acidity.

Oily texture, vanilla oil - love the textural breath here!! hints of grass, ginger, dried apricot, orange blossom, orange oil. Sourced from oak knoll and Carneros. 100% Viognier. Aged 5 months in 100% neutral french oak. Medium minus/medium acidity. A typical expression of Califonrin$40

Very floral with a stone fruit dominance. Full bodied for a white feeling thick almost oily. Complex but looking for more crisp
