I’m a sucker for these older SLWC SLVs...they hold up so well and harken back to a different style of Napa wines. Sipped on and let breathe over an hour and a half. Every sip was better than the last, no sign of it fading. 98 was panned but rewarded those who were patient. Drink ‘em if you have ‘em!

It’s held up reasonably well. Very light in color and soft.

Very straightforward to drink. Fruity. Classic Napa Carb. A little overpriced.

Pretty enjoyable. Blackberry sauce, wet soil, dusty on the nose. Cherry and black currant on the palate with such silky tannins and a ground coffee taste on the finish.
