Napa Valley Merlot

Interesting young cab, brooding and serious. Bell pepper, chocolate, chicory, and coffee grounds. Too young.

I’m not usually a big fan of Merlot but this one got me going for a second glass. Medium-full body, pleasant tannin with rich black fruits, mint, chocolate and vanilla. A solid Merlot that’s quite nice and easy to sip on.
