Medium golden yellow. Buttery and creamy on the nose with baked apples, a touch woody and citrusy. Moderate acidity (6.5/10) and medium plus bodied. A touch of heat on the palate with baked apples, and buttery notes. Long finish. Drink till 2021.

Vanilla, a little oak. Very mild butter. Hint of pear and creme brûlée. Flavors are mostly subtle but play well together. Went well with slightly spicy turkey enchiladas from Whole Foods. Best with foods.

Kept this wine for 1.5 year in my wine cooler, and it tasted so ready and perfectly resembling a beautiful Napa Chardonnay. Not super high alcoholic and well balanced fruits, acidity, with lovely French Oak nose. I'd give it a 8.9 for its performance today, 2018 July.
