The palate is perfectly balanced between bright, powerful and creamy, lush oak. Bright flavors of lemon and peach lead to big notes of vanilla and oak along with massive acidity to keep things balanced. The finish is long and creamy with lots of oak and just another bite of acidity to finish it out. A fantastic pairing with a chicken stew.
