Pale lemon with green edges, aromas of citrus and earthy herbs. On the palate flavors of apricot, mango and grapefruit flavors with ginger and lemongrass tones, crisp and fresh. Good mouthfeel medium finish ending with lively acidity. Nice, consistent quality! Pair with some crab cakes, wow!

Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Orange and grapefruit rind notes in nose. Peach with a hint of straw flavor, lactic and mineral notes in finish, ever so slightly chalky aftertaste. Bright lemon-citrus (orange-grapefruit) acidity at start of taste. A solid SB choice
