Pear, ginger, cinnamon, caramel flavors. Fairly long finish. Heavy mid palate, oily mouthfeel with very low acid. It’s consistent with the St. Innocent Chardonnay style, but I find the lack of freshness, acidity and cut to be somewhat off putting. Fine quality, just not what I’m looking for in Chardonnay.

Great site tucked into the coastal range outside of Dallas. Always provides great structure.

Sweet and tart - ripe white peach and underripe green apple. Mineral. Would like to try again with a bit more age.
