Some butter and oak and a bit of citrus on the nose. Good mouthfeel off the bat, some decent minerality balancing the oak and butter, and then falls off a bit at the finish.

Was excited to open the 2013. Mark Vlossak knocked it out of the park again. Love his Dijon clones. Such a pure, and beautiful wine. Well-balanced, with nice pear, peach, and mineral notes, enhanced by some bright acidity. Definitely cellar worthy, too.
