CRISP. Mouth watering nose. Lovely acid with light fruit that one wants with CB. Just right with white fish. Perfect with a tomato-y shrimp cocktail.

Pale yellow with a hint of lime green. Passionfruit, honeydew, lime and tart apple on the nose. Medium acidity, really well balanced. Love.
