Nose is more open than 23 right now. Citrus, apricot, spice and slate. Glorious. Juicy and dense with just crazy acidity and unreal apricot, peach and blood orange fruit and stunning focus and precision. Wow. Gorgeous but still can use some age. 23 has more material.

Jun 5th, 2024Juicy nose, apricot, but a bit quiet now. Huge power, depth and concentration, grippy and dense, tremendous, higher sugar and high extract, dense, huge acid, love the structure, energetic for days. So so good. Just spectacular. Needs age. But this is as special as it gets.

Jun 5th, 2024A stunning bottle of Kabinett. Wow. Stunning aromas of slate, green apple, apricot, vulcanized rubber, apple pie, so mineral, stunning depth and clarity to the aromas. Palate is rich and ripe but the sweetness is judged perfectly as is the awe inspiring purity and delicacy. What balance, poise and freshness but most important this is an exercise in delicacy. Intense structure as well. Great today. Better later.

Clean, mineral, delicious and straightforward Riesling at a reasonable price. Dry with a nice acidity.

Deep, rich, fruity nose with lots of sweet ripe peach, lime and fresh thyme. Luscious on the palate. Rich, juicy lime and grapefruit with lots of bright but not bracing acidity. Stone and light white peach lead the medium, easy finish.
