A stunning bottle of Kabinett. Wow. Stunning aromas of slate, green apple, apricot, vulcanized rubber, apple pie, so mineral, stunning depth and clarity to the aromas. Palate is rich and ripe but the sweetness is judged perfectly as is the awe inspiring purity and delicacy. What balance, poise and freshness but most important this is an exercise in delicacy. Intense structure as well. Great today. Better later.

Deep, rich, fruity nose with lots of sweet ripe peach, lime and fresh thyme. Luscious on the palate. Rich, juicy lime and grapefruit with lots of bright but not bracing acidity. Stone and light white peach lead the medium, easy finish.
