Mineral Springs Ranch Pinot Noir

Red raspberry, cranberry, rhubarb, mild sarsaparilla, bright acidity.

This is what Oregon pinot should be. I think this wine is peaking. Starts off with a defined beam of earthy cherries that fans out on the palate. The acidity leaves you craving more. Until you look down and the glass is empty.

Berry nose, a bit earthy. Quite powerful with nice tannins, tart with bitter vegetable finish. Another stunner from Soter.

Cranberry, red fruits, ash, forest floor. Excellent. Glad I bought 3. Will seek out year after year.

Outstanding

Silky, balanced earth and fruit.

Yum. Needs a bit time to integrate but certainly showing huge potential.

Excellent expression. The nose billows out of the glass, with black maraschino cherries, menthol, and wilted rose petals. The acidity accentuates everything on the palate. Well-balanced spicy fruit with schist and sandstone highlights. The acidity sings through to the finish. Great wine.
