2021 Independence Day Party 🇺🇲 🥳 with several members of our Tastevin crew and extended friends.🍷 Proof that our palates are wider than Burgundy, outside of sanctioned events.🍾 Notes may be light, scores will be honest. 💯

Pale ruby in color; cherries, strawberries, and dried herbs on the nose; high acidity; low tannins; tastes like stewed strawberries, hibiscus, and eucalyptus with a long finish. Nellie and I like it.

Aromas of plums and raspberries. I really enjoy the aromas! Flavors of cherries and berries with soft tannins. Medium acidity. A very nice wine to enjoy anytime. Definitely will buy again.

Just what you want in a not-thinking-about-it wine. Light, juicy, texturally appealing, and enough lip-smacking juiciness to quench any thirst. Just one-dimensional. Which shouldn’t be the case given the varieties (Grenache, Nero d’avola, and aglianico. What?) are all vinified with different techniques apparently. Or maybe it is a good thing, cause they fit together seamlessly
