E’ il tipico di Sauvignon blanc secondo me. E’ il mio favarito piu di New Zealand. E’ perfetto con pesci freschi, come calpaccio di fluke o sashimi. Lo vorrei prendere un paio di botteglia se hanno ancora il sconto.

Solid rosé as expected coming from the region. A tad heavy for me yet it will go well with the mushroom and pasta dish am cooking!
