It’s fine, especially for it’s price tag. Big bubbles that are not steady. I like my sparklings crisper with hints of cream and toast and this has a rounder edge to it. A lot of vagueness but some white fruit.

A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Muscat - way too much going on for my palate.

Muted and thin - but some citrus rind and pitted fruit - wish I had gotten the other sparkling

Targeting millennials with quirky humor but little subtlety. Fortunately, the contents hold up their end of the bargain at this price point. On the sweeter end of brut with yellow & green fruit, a hint of autolysis, short finish. Quite brunchable.

Citrus oil, and honeysuckle on the nose, light body, medium acid not much depth but a nice backyard sipper
