Super focused fruit. Elegant and powerful. Nothing not to love here. This would be amazing with grilled salmon!

Well, here we are in 2022 and what a hell of a year it has already been. This is a rather brutish Pinot - nothing dainty or feminine to see here. This wine is delicious. Serve a few degrees below cellar. Pair with duck or seafood.

Candied cherries, strawberries and vanilla. Cinnamon spice and some forest floor. Tons of primary aromas right when opened. Love it.

Very nice after a little air. Black cherry, orange rind, tea, dark earth and spice. Lovely, lightly chalky texture and a long finish.

Day one was a bust. It looked like grape juice in the glass. Also had some effervescent notes - not good. Broke out our prayer mat for day 2, and we had some divine intervention. Halajulah 🙂

Cali gonna Cali. Took a bit to blow off some reduction. Spice, cola, orange peel. Ripe.

Cloudy red color. Smooth raspberry jam with brown butter, molasses, and gingerbread. Burn of raw alcohol on the finish.
