Amador County Roussanne

Convenient screw-top. Lovely golden hue. Smells of lemon peels and flowers. White flowers. Flavors are striking. Resin, apples, tart (not sweet) citrus. Loquat? Slight butter (or butterscotch). This is white to bring out for fancy, fun winos.

Not a good showing with muted flavors. Serve this at room temperature to get any enjoyment.

Rich with butterscotch and buttery that costs your mouth. Find a nice pungent cheese you go rich - pair it with fair I say fish.. Bingo
