Syrah-2013: Robust, dark wine with an earthy, spicy kick. Hints of currents and almonds. Strong tannin that encompasses the entire palate and shakes the teethe. Well worth the minimal price. My only critique is the label's silly narrative. It continues on the cork and I find it to be a sophomoric attempt to be clever and gain attention. It is an unnecessary gimmick not required of this wine and is simply beneath it. ALC. by volume: 13.5% • 750 ML
