Zoe Rosé Blend

WOW. Very pleasantly surprised. Never had a Greek rose before. First off it has a lot of fruitiness but totally dry. It tricks my palette. Aromas of watermelon, cotton candy, strawberry. Bright acid and slight bubbly. Paired with French cassoulet beans and chargrilled octopus. He he he he he.

Strawberries, watermelon and rose water. Dry slight tannins and some acidity.

Juicy and dry.

Light, easy drinking, sweet florals and strawberries.

Sweet big ripe fruit that finishes acceptably clean.
