Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Bright Ruby color with aromas of berry fruit and spice on the nose of this Agiorgitiko, fermented in stainless and aged in old French barriques for 12 months. On the palate flavors of blackberry and ripe cherry with slight tobacco, cinnamon and vanilla. Fine tannins, medium finish ending with fruit and spice.

Paired with Greek dinner while hosting family. Wine was decanted and opened up really well. Nose was strong oak and some dark fruit. Flavor was a hint minerally with bold dark fruit and leather and buttery notes from the barrel. Drank and paired really well, would buy again

Had the 2021 in August of 2023. Did with homemade lamb and chicken gyros. Was a little bit sweet-plum and dark cherry- up front and finished with a slightly tannic finish that lingered with the upfront sweetness. Really enjoyed this one with dinner. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
