Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Upon opening it was a little stinky, we gave it an hour decant and it was delicious.
Standard Cab Sauv notes of dark chocolate and coffee tones.

Yesterday was bottling day for our 2013 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, so this bottle is hot off the press! It will be fun to start popping these corks in a couple of months and watch this deliciously balanced wine slowly unlock all of its juicy secrets. We can't wait to share it with you next year - cheers!

Tight and young with lots of potential. A great treat with generous oak and a solid fruit core.

Uses all 5 Bordeaux varietals. Still a little bit of tightness to it. Has a core of black fruit along with notes of cedar, chocolate, and a little earthy note to it to bring it all in. Aging potential. Paul Hobbs consulting.

Nice fruit, balanced, smooth, nice finish. Pretty nose

2013 vintage. I was skeptical when the sales clerk told me she thought the 13 was better than the 12. She was right! Beautiful nose with lovely dark cherry and fruit. On the palate it's well balanced dark juicy fruit joined by barrel tannins and a structure that blend perfectly. I love it, hope the store isn't sold out, I want more!

Dark fruit, chocolate, good balance of oak. Like the grip this has at the moment before it softens.
