PS Brunello di Montalcino Sangiovese

This was singing last night. Nice nose of mature cherries and spice box. Mid palate displays density and weight. Packed with ripe cherries and a hint of tobacco, complemented with a moderate tannin structure. Oak treatment was in the background. Finished with length and a hint of soft brown sugar. Acidity is still prominent so I assume you could continue to hold this for another 7 years with ease.

Stunning for the fact that there are no signs of aging. Sweet and sexy on the mid-palate. Beautiful acidity, complimented by bold tannins. We have more, so couldn’t be happier. Overall package is gorgeous.

We pulled the pin on a green banana, but its pedigree shines thru. Decanted in the hope that our felony crime would be forgiven, however, this wine showed little mercy.
The nose was a giveaway with espresso: drum tight, and so unforgiving. Underripe tannins, with subtle fruits and pronounced herbs dominate the mid-palate. Young and boisterous, this is crying out for bottle age. Thanks @Mo Salem for the share.

Not single vineyard and on the nose, similar to the first one but not as complex on the secondary aroma. Vine is approx 40 year old from two vineyards. Medium tannin, stemmy, tannin from the back of the tongue, from oak barrel, acidity medium, complexity is as much as the first one.
