Dinner date with Wifey - great juice, too.
Nose of brown sugar, cinnamon and coffee notes.
The wine has depth and presents perfectly on the palette. Textured, nice balance, along with blueberries and cassis. Big extraction - a big boys wine (like moi) 🙂

Boys night out in NYC.
Mind blowing. Nose, structure and mouthfeel are en-pointe.
First time enjoying the cab. Loving it.

We brought our own wine. Surprisingly nice with Thai but would have never paired with it. I think that just means with loved the wine! Nice. Elegant, nice fruit, cocoa and very well balanced.

New vintage of the Sinegal Estate's White Label Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep and dark ruby red with a purplish core. Rich and deep nose with sweet tobacco, cinnamon, nutmeg, chalk, twigs and a little perfumey. Moderate tannins (7/10) and medium plus bodied that seems to want to beef up with time. Attack of red berries and a bit of dark berries too. Nice complexity with some woody and cinnamon notes. Definitely a cab that needs a bit of time to open up. Semi dry and long finish. Drink till 2026. (92+)

Cabernet Sauvignon based blend with 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec.

Beaver creek and wine- the prefect combo.
This wine definitely keeps improving every time I open another bottle and it's not even their reserve!
