A super dark juicy looking wine. Slight leather and juicy black cherry. A slight vanilla on the nose. This is not a Pinot you think would come from Oregon. Such a big juicy wine on the tongue. More like a Merlot. Pairing it with a steak.

Should have left it in the cellar longer.

Big dark jammy fruit in the nose with creamy vanilla. Overripe blackberry, a little hot. Big big big.

Big full flavor. This would be a crowd pleaser for Napa Cab drinkers who think Pinot Noir is "too thin."

For me, it's a little overbearing and then the one specific complaint I have is that the acid seems to stick out on the finish - like it's not part of the complete flavor but rather stands alone off to the side while the flavor of the finish does its thing over here on the other side. (If that makes any sense)

Anyways, it's not like it's terrible... It's yummy and drinkable. I guess I'm just a little disappointed asI had high hopes for this bottle. I'm definitely scoring it lower than I though I would.
