As if Part 1 of Saturday night wasn’t incredible enough, Part 2 of the final and main event for the Fall WNH was all Sine Qua Non wines. The most spectacular lineup of wines I’ve ever seen, and an overall wonderful ending to an amazing trip with fantastic people.
The night cap to a mind blowing weekend. Liquid gold with such pronounced aromatics...bananas foster, honeyed baked pear & marzipan. Electrifying on the palate with mouth coating flavors of caramel mango, white chocolate, truffle butter. Viscous and lingering finish. A treat to enjoy, courtesy of @Bill Bender .

A star with #foiegras and a very impressive sweet wine coming from #california and the famous #sinequanon Unctuous is a the adjective for this wine. Rich coffee, fig, pineapple and noble rot aromas dominate the wine. The only thing that would make it better for me would be a touch more acid. This wine is incredibly impressive though. #mrk #nobleman #noblerot

Great end of the night wine. Beautiful amber color. Bright fruits and green tea on the nose. Honey apricot and tangerine amongst more complex flavors on palate. Good viscosity. Long finish. Has at least another 10 years probably longer.
