Medium lemon color with fresh fruit aromas of stone and citrus fruits with some chalky notes. On the palate flavors of apple, lime citrus and pear, vivid acidity, with flinty notes. Medium+ finish, notes of fruit, citrus and mineral spice character. Drink now!

Not traditional tasting but great. Nose is bangin. 2018 Chablis is not classic for sure.

Nice Chablis. A bit muted. minerality, lemon curd, apple, saline mouthfeel and nice acid.

This is totally hitting the spot after a long day of ups and downs.

Lemon, grapefruit, pear. M+ acid, m- body. Very lean. Short finish. M- aromatics. Not a good example of a Chablis.

A surprising Chablis. More complex and far better than anticipated. Fruity (citrus mainly) and floral; great crisp finish. Excellent with scallops. Maureen says "a good sipping wine for aperitif or very light entree; dry and not too sweet. Should have used less for cooking!"
