Not my favorite Vernaccia, given all the glowing reviews. Very alcohol forward, some notes of citrus and vanilla. Drinkable, but not something that I felt was indulgent.

Overrated Vernaccia, tasting strongly of alcohol. There are some nice notes here, including vanilla, but the cheap alcohol flavor and nose are overwhelming. Another bad Vernaccia, proving only a handful of winemakers, like Sono Montenidoli, know how to handle Vernaccia.

Nice light white. Had it in San gimignano restaurant for lunch. Great on a hot summer day. We tasted this at the vineyard. It a rider a 2011.
