Gorgeous. After an hour or so of air it really opened up. Subtle, velvety with good acidity.

Talmettes is on a limestone parcel and therefore gives very mineral wines, almost like white ones.
This is in indeed very stony and mineral, but has flesh and lots of red fruit together with dollops of rose fanée and spices. Medium bodied, very complex and elegant, just about ready but no rush. A fine bottle very much to our taste.
