Sipping Fine Wine

Started in 1981 by Ron and Diane Disney Miller. Three generations, almost 40 years later, Miller Family continues to source grapes entirely from their family-owned estate Napa vineyards. A blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon 9% Merlot & 3% Petit Verdot, showing aromas of red berry, floral and herb notes. On the palate flavors of raspberry and red plum with cacao, herbs, vanilla spice and cedar. Rustic fine tannins, medium length with a spicy finish.

Typical great can from Napa. It’s solid but of course, over priced.

Light on aroma, otherwise the taste of a fine Cabernet. Starts deep and rich then a light short spark of citrus, then a pleasing ending.

Dryness that lingers. Nice fruit and floral aroma. Will keep a bottle to see how it evolves 2020 could be a perfect year.
