Terrific Semillon. Petrol, beeswax, spice. Medium bodied, balanced with refreshing acidity. Delicious when you’re trying to digest your turkey dinner

Subtle lime & stoney fruit, a strong mid palate & some complexity (& from what I read the potential for aging) 10.5% alcohol, a lovely slight effervescence completely blows away my negative biases @ Australian wines. I though at firstThat 20$ was a tad pricey-& thats 20$ on sale, but after i finished the bottle, its a bargain.

High acid, deeply mineral, tart fruits. Waxy texture but racy and tense profile balance Semillon’s weight. Sang with oysters

So pretty and delicate, fresh, malic, lemony, acid driven. #atlasofwine

Classic hunter semillon. Lean and persistent. So drinkable now but really keen to see it in a decade. Entering the U.S. Market so watch out for it! 2013 vintage.

Thought it was very subtle and nicely balanced. Expressed semillon in a beautiful way, yet a bit fallen on the finish.

Medium gold green colour . Green and grassy on the nose , blackcurrant leaf, after a while some lemon confit notes and beeswax. On the palate nice round , lemon , white peach , greengage notes , medium bodied , you wouldn’t guess it had only 11% alcohol . Medium high balanced acidity , slightly toasty note on the decent length finish . This is drinking well now , though absolutely no rush , now and over the next 10 years ?
