Uber natural melange of dark cherries vegetables and flowers. Ever changing and walks a tightrope between delicious and disgusting. Wish I tried it right after opening otherwise I wouldn't paint it with the "interesting" brush

Dec 24th, 2024Interesting, likely a blend of a few grapes here as the stewed fruit flavour is pretty complex. Deep blackcurrant and plum flavours with a slightly looser unripe morello tint. Nose is more oak, and it will take time to soften and settle in to a gentle but concentrated structure. Very very herbal. Rosemary. Could be a touch underrripe as a result of an eagerness to keep acid structure?

Органическое нефильтрованное из менсии и Ко
Нос- клюквенный морс и что-то такое компотное с травками, немного ботвы с чем-то резко-рассольным, но совсем немного. В развитии вплоть до шампуня "зайка".
На вкус весьма безтанинное, но и кислотность не велика, этакий кислый морс.
