Uber natural melange of dark cherries vegetables and flowers. Ever changing and walks a tightrope between delicious and disgusting. Wish I tried it right after opening otherwise I wouldn't paint it with the "interesting" brush

2015. Ripeness, concentration, and balance, with aromas of juicy wild forest berries, sweet cherries, wanton flowers, smoked tea, and loamy earth.

Interesting, likely a blend of a few grapes here as the stewed fruit flavour is pretty complex. Deep blackcurrant and plum flavours with a slightly looser unripe morello tint. Nose is more oak, and it will take time to soften and settle in to a gentle but concentrated structure. Very very herbal. Rosemary. Could be a touch underrripe as a result of an eagerness to keep acid structure?

Нос- клюквенный морс и что-то такое компотное с травками, немного ботвы с чем-то резко-рассольным, но совсем немного. В развитии вплоть до шампуня "зайка".
На вкус весьма безтанинное, но и кислотность не велика, этакий кислый морс.

Drink fast, because after few hours taste like vinegar.

Стройно, строго. Дым, виноград, ежевика
Легко, воздушно. Класс!
при этом судя по другим рецензиям вино отличается от бутылки к бутылке.

Вишня с черенком, чёрная смородина, свёкла, спелая малина, красный грейпфрут, овощи, сухие ирисы, животный тон, активированный уголь. Средне-лёгкое тело с выраженной, но не острой кислотностью и мягкими танинами. Концентрированно, но не тяжело, с лёгким натуральным фанком и интересной минеральностью. При всей своей внешней простоте и нестройности довольно легко и естественно пьётся, развивается и свежеет в бокале. Движется в сторону гамэ. Лучше слегка охладить.

Smells like a bin of just picked ripe cherries with some flowers thrown in. Nice for a chilly rain/snow night in Michigan.
