Got that chocolate milk texture. Cocoa nibs, lead pencil, vanilla notes, beautiful sweetness. Can be aged for a solid 10 years to the date. Not really tannic. Great wine.

Elegant with satiny mouthfeel, plums, and blueberries. Soft acidity with firm tannins.

Just found this wine at their new wine tasting room in San Diego, Ca. I'm not going to "describe" this other than it ranks high on my best cab ever list. I bought a bottle after the incredible taste!
