So this one's got time in bottle. Plenty of deep ruby garnet rim coloring. Plums black fruits dominate nose. Tannic follow to sweet blue fruits. Chasing this with Del Dotto cave blend which is TANNIN city.

Gentle nose of green bell pepper, mint, vanilla, and green leaf. Medium body. Well balanced acidity with herbs and spice on the palate. Fine tannins that coats the mouth like a silk scarf. Herbaceous and structured, its charming and seductive. Wish I bought more, but only 480 cases made.
