Sierra Nevada Brewing Company
Flipside Red IPA
Auburn brown body, off-white top that drops to a petri-mold motif across the surface. Mountain silhouettes lacing. Malty nose with dried apricot, oranges, caramel, and sweet rosemary notes. The palate brings a bitter note of red apple peel and cinnamon stick, followed by a root beer maltiness, dried pineapple, candied grapefruit and molasses-sage.

Sep 15th, 2014Good stuff. Nothing spectacular. Not a huge IPA fan here, but this is solid. Just on the hoppy side of balanced.
