Decent $20 Tempranillo. Enjoyed it with a tasty sausage lasagna. — 8 years ago

Color: Garnet with dark purple tinge
Nose: heavy turpentine with faint mulch
Taste: classic Zin profile. Flash of pepper, black cherry, finishing with oily leathery tannin. Good structure. Long finish. Excellent with Challerhocker cheese. — 8 years ago

Won ton vs English muffin aftertaste. Cherry for miles. Faint candy apple in the nose. — 8 years ago
Opens with an enjoyable flash of pepper. Mid-range fruit with an interesting hint of honey and apple. Tannins are leathery with only a hint of metal, but fainter than I prefer. Overall could have a bit more structure.... It's a tad splashy — 9 years ago
Slightly better than average cheap SLH Pinot — 9 years ago
