Brut Nature White Blend

Very mineral-driven and dry. I can feel the limestone. Some yuzu with a hint of saffron. Unique and pleasant alternative to Cava. Made for fish.

Pristine; almost fruitless. A little saline, very mineral. Definitely a foodie bubble.

Beautifully tiny bubbles with a tasteful acidity and a balanced minerality that all adds up to a lovely bottle of juice. That said, you'll find a fair bit of raspberry and wild strawberries along with a great Rose hip edge as well.

This was a gift from the chef and deeelicious! Loved it from the first sip, I mean gulp.

Green tints. Green apple, acacia, grapefruit, fennel bulb. Brut nature

Fantastic little find. Not going to blow your mind, but worth getting in to.
