Inky in color with a short purple rim.
Full bodied and smooth with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate and elegant, with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Showing blackberries, black currants, cooked cherries, cedar, licorice, vanilla, spices, chocolates, light tobacco, peppercorn, light earth, graphite and herbs.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This Cabernet Franc from Yakima Valley is already drinking very nicely. Rich and fruit forward. Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel.
This 6 year old is good right out of the bottle, and better after 2 hours of airtime. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.
A good sipping wine, and will pair nicely with BBQ Meats too.

100% Cabernet Franc, deep Ruby color with aromas of berry fruit, generous spice and floral notes. On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with pepper and cinnamon wrapped in floral notes. Fine developed tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit and toasty herb spices. Should age well.

Thick, unctuous, beef bloody, high herbs and garrigue. Long Finnish and nice structure.

Dec 5th, 2013Planted in 1996 this is 100% Cabernet franc 2010 vintage older barrels blueberry boysenberry fruit with pretty floral notes sweet tobacco spice. Dark berry fruity the tonge with a good amount of tannins but nicely balanced with dark spice and dried floral highlights. Finish 45+ excellent+

Elegant opening with dark berries, plums, chocolate, coffee and wood. Dry on the tongue and then with a slight upturn of acidity in the finish.
