Really bright and fresh, even at 5 years. Lemon zest, melon fruit, and a noticeable lack of butter and oak, yet still seriously structured.

Pale yellow, floral, unripe strawberry, and melon in nose, nectarine and lemon in mouth with slight lactic, limewater and apricot finish with spritz on tip of tongue. Nice food wine, but better on its own.

Refined, but not polished. A nice middle ground between Napa and Burgundian styles. Good fruit and a hint of new oak.
