Beautiful orange wine. Tart, smokey, dry, and incredibly complex. Flavors of dried stone fruit and a little bit of honey.

sealed in clay for 11 years, pears and apples, but most of the fruit is gone, some mellow lactic bacteria going in the finish but pleasant. #georgian #wine #winetasting

Tannins lack balance. Very rustic and interesting.
