Dateline: trapped in Miami thanks to American Airlines. Took the team to a nice steakhouse to make up for not being in Panama right now. The food is good. Waitstaff is terrific. Wine.... Meh.
I prefer the merlot of this brand, which is a nice large scale wine with good value. The cab sauv is ok enough. Some cocoa and coffee, plums and dark fruits. A little green.

Solid like all the Seven Falls cabs. A year or two of additional aging will be great.

Apr 28th, 2017Another home run by Seven Falls. I really need to go see this winery and the region. Every single Seven Falls I have had rated 9.0 or higher.
