Jun 9th, 2021Nose is mega spice and plum skins. Superb expansiveness. Lovely earthiness and some tree bark and orange rind. What a nose. Palate is so juicy with amazingly sweet fruit and awesome internal aromatics. Amazingly pure and deep. Really suave tannins. Terrific concentration and lovely rusticity. Love these single varietal wines that Silvia does.

Apr 14th, 2021Super plummy and spice cake type of nose. Tree bark. Citrus spice, nuts, tar, leather, rusted metals, so complex. Awesome. A chewy nose if there ever was one. Some jammy blackberry as well. Palate is super juicy and so concentrated but also refined and super deep. Wow this is impressive. So so good. Amazing velvety tannins and such pure fruit through and through. Big but sweet and juicy tannins backed up by just ridiculous freshness.

Blanched plum skins, tart blueberry, ripe black cherry, dried loam and potting soil, juicy...Rustic for sure. Seek out the less traveled Italian varietals and you will be rewarded.

Plum bomb! Mouth jam! Fruity and full, but clean and dry. Paired really well with vinegar-braised chicken with farro + roasted veggie feta salad. Stands up really well to acid. Three thumbs up.

Nose - very clean like ocean air and light wood. Little bit of pencil lead and wet soil. Main flavors - bright unripe fruit, unsweetened Cool-Aid. A touch earthy. Pretty dry. A touch of acid but mostly astringent. On the light side of medium body. Nice with pizza.
